In improvisation, we drop into the present moment—with the intention of passing through the present into a liminal exchange beneath. This liminality is most truthful when we are embedded in a state of play, feeling an expansive capacity to say yes. Existing within this possibility feels meditative, allowing us to titrate between habitual, expansive, and re-patterning pathways of co-creative coexistence.
